PhonePal wants this site to be usable by as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technologies. We're an early-stage company and treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a finished checkbox.

What we aim for

We aim to follow widely recognized accessibility guidelines (the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG) as practical targets. In building this site, we've tried to:

Honest note. This site has not yet been through a formal accessibility audit. There may be areas that don't fully meet accessibility standards — for example, the animated background. We're working to improve this over time, and we'd rather tell you plainly than overstate where we are.

The animated background

Some pages include a moving particle background. It's decorative only — no information is conveyed through it, so nothing is lost if it isn't visible to you. If you've enabled "reduce motion" in your device or browser settings, motion across the site is minimized.

Ongoing work

We'll keep improving accessibility as PhonePal grows, including more thorough testing as the site develops. This statement will be updated as we make progress.
